There is so much more that we could be doing with our time right now. And really, all we are doing is just throwing sticky notes on a virtual fridge. I dunno, personally I love it. I just like it even after like 7 or so years of being here. One just seeing all the regulars and then the shinanigens that take place!
I could be at the gym working out, I could be studing for my text on friday, I could be doing some online Call of Duty 4 action, but no. I am posting here on gamespot. Why, I do not know.

GameSpot is just too damn addicting! I honestly asked myself that very question today: "Why the hell am I posting here when I could be doing other things with my time?" I guess my subconscious answer is that:
#1. It's way too convenient and way too comfortable to just sit in my cozy chair and post on GameSpot and take part in the shenanigans.
#2. I just really find it enjoyable. There's some odd pleasure to be found in the deep, dark confines of GameSpot I suppose. :P

Well, lets see:
I wake up, shower, eat, etc.
I walk to work, which takes 30 minutes
I work for 8+ hours
I walk to the gym and lift weights for 2 hours
I walk home
I cook dinner
After all of that, assuming I am on a regular sleep schedule, I have like two hours of leisure time. You think I am going to do something productive with that?

Exactly. I couldn't have said it better myself.
For most people it's just matter of doing something somewhat fun that just uses up some extra block of time. That's what I always do. There are of course the obsessed, but that's a different story. :P
I actually have been thinking about this for a while, so I decided to spend less time on video games and GS and start practising my instruments more and study more.
