Yep, I could say the same. It's a bummer when you had all those and then gained weight and lost them.For me it's lack of agility, flexibility, and strength.

I'm a pretty big person and I don't consider myself to have lost many of those traits. Of course being big you're going to have leg muscle because you have to hold yourself up.
I was really overweight several years ago and hated it and myself.I changed that though. Even though my BMI says I'm overweight, most of it is muscle. Everybody I know says I'm too skinny.
Try losing the weightif you don't like it. There are far too many perks being healthy and slim for you to not want to do it. Trust me on that.

Yeah, I seem to be depressed more often ever since I gained weight.
Hopefully I'll be a skeleton next year. :P
I'm not overweight, still hate myself..i'm actually considered underweight but i don't care...anyway...yeah i guess that and you can't see your shoes i guess?...I'm not trying to brag or anything...but I'm not really sure what you lose as i've never really been overweight...i try and make sure i don't eat too much fat etc..and i exercise..
