Before, I would only get to sleep around 2-4 AM, then I started taking Ambien and I would fall asleep around 9-11, now I fall asleep without Ambien around 8-10.
These posted bet times are why I never felt bad for all those super tired kids in HS and college. If you are going to bed at 2-3am when you gotta get up at 6am, of course you're gonna be tired! I never understood the alure of being up super late. :?

Hrmm. I was usually just drunk during class in college, not sleeping. If I was tired, why would I go to class and waste the professor's time?

11 - 12:30 when I have work on the weekdays, so Monday through Friday. Then 1 - 3 AM on the weekends. Maybe earlier on Friday night since I'm usually tired from the week of work.
Insomnia happening frequently with me, I don't know why, perhaps the excitement of crimbo! Usually I would go sleep at around 12am on weekdays. Around 3am on weekend.
