What Time Do You Wake Up and Go To Bed?

What times does OT usually wake up at? On a school/work day? On an off day?

For myself i used to wake up for school at around 6:40, which gave me enough time to shower dress get money for lunch and make it downtown to school.

Now that i am working full time i have to wake up at around 3:30 AM --> 4:00 AM in order to get ready to catch my work bus, my bus gets home around 6-7 PM so i don't havae much free time.

In my off days i pretty much live my life like a cat, i sleep in until 2 PM ish and go to bed around 4AM, i'm a pretty big night owl.

When I have classes in the morning I wake up at about 7.45 so I have time to have breakfast and head to take the bus and if I have to go to classes in the afternoon I usually wake up at 9 am. On weekends I just let my organism decide when to wake up-11 am is mostly the case. I go to sleep at about 1 am almost every night. I' m in the start of my semester though so later on with more studying to do things will probably change.

Depending on what shift I'm working I'll wake up no later then 5 AM, 1 PM, and 9 PM.

On weekdays: 6:00 AM. I don't start school until 8:30 AM, but I need to get up and early to take my shower and do what I need to do in the bathroom; once the mom and the sis are up, I will NEVER see the bathroom. It sucks being the only male in my family... :(

Bedtime usually varies. Can be as early as 9:30-10:00 PM, and as late as 2:00 AM in some cases. THis goes for both weekdays and weekends.

On weekends, the time I get up varies as well. Can be as early as 8:00-8:30, and as late as 11:00-12:00 noon.

Bed: 10-11pm
awake: 5-6am (I'm a morning person)

When I get to bed: It varies

When I wake up: I miraculously wake up early in the morning. Can't explain it.

I wake up sometime between 8-9 AM and I go to bed around 12-2AM.

I have no set time.

Last night I went to bed at about 3 AM, and woke up at 7 AM. But I'll probably take a nap this afternoon, so it's okay.

During the week. sleep at around 12-1am, wake up at 7am.

In the weekend: sleep at around 5-6am, wake up at 11-1pm.

Days I have uni (since my tut/lec are in the afternoon) : Wake up 10-11am Sleep: 5am.. or later.

Days with work: Wake up at 1-2pm. My shifts are normally from 5pm-2am.

Day off: I become a snorlax.

I usually go to bed between 11pm-1am depending on how tired I am.

I wake up usually between 9.30-10.30am.

On uni days I am up and out at 8am.

wake up at 10AM to watch my niece, unless she wakes me up earlier, but she usually gets up between 10:00 and 10:30.

My days vary throughout the year. In the Spring/Summer I usually am up at 4-4:30am for work. As a result, I am in bed by 9pm. When Fall/Winter hits, I'm up at 5-5:30am and in bed at 10pm. I try to sleep in on my days off, but sleeping in these days means 7-8am. I used to be able to sleep till late afternoon, good times.

Bed: 10-11 pm

Wake: 6-7 am

It all depends on whether or not I am working and which shift I am working. Right now, I go to bed about 9:30 AM and get up at 4:30 PM. I get no days off right now (yes, I am working 12-14 hours a day 7 days a week). When I am not working, I typically go to bed at 12:30 AM or so and get up around 8 AM or so.

On Saturdays and Sundays I usually get up between 8 and 10 and go to bed anywhere between midnight and 3 AM. During the week I wake up and go to bed at different times due to the fact that I've got a different class schedule everyday. On Monday I get up at 6 and go to bed around 11 or midnight. On Tuesday I wake up at 8 and go to bed between 10 and 11. On Wednesday I wake up at 6 and go to bed between 11 and 1 AM. On Thursday I wake up between 8 and 9 and go to bed between 10 and 11. On Friday I wake up at 6 and go to bed between midnight and 2 Am. So now you know when to rob my house if that's what you're planning.

Bed between 9:30-10:30pm.. my current job is a pain in the ass.

I usually go to bed around midnight and wake up a 7 to go to school or work.
