What tv program did you think was better while growing up pokemon or digimon???

Pokemon was awesome...but i loved Digimon too. Metal Greymon was the best :D haha. I stopped watching after i think the 3rd season..where the main characteer was Tacato or something.

Pokemon was great though..but i stopped watching that after I think Johto..or after the 3rd movie..i still play the games though :D even though im too old for them lol.

Anyway, I have to go with pokemon. I was in sixth grade when it started, so I'm much more attached to it than that ripoff Digimon.

Well, i prefered Digimon- i thought the characters were better (even though half of them really didnt need to be there) and they seemed a more intelligent bunch then Ash and his crew. Plus, there was a proper mystery to it- kinda like a cool scooby doo, unlike Pokemon which was "i gotta catch em all and defeat that guy who is a really good trainer! c'mon Pikachuuuu"

digimon was good until season 3 where it changedcompletely and didnt follow the original digidestined, although i must admit, season 4 was actually pretty good by the end!

oh, and digimon had a better themetune :p

I like the pokemon movies...the digimon movie was ok...but it really started to get lame at the end. (If i remember right). The pokemon movies are ok...but they are really starting to suck with the different voice actors. Digimon was only really good becasue Pokemon lacked true emotion. Pokemon lacked fear, sadness, etc. Pokemon always went by the policy, friendship conquers all. Digimon was more real in the fact that friends can get fed up with friends. Also, Pokemon seemed to never go anywhere (First two seasons, they seemed to have a story, then it started to become endless...) Digimon was made of story. That is what everyone liked.

This is my view of it at least.
