jurassic park 3; got it when it came out. i love that movie, though i haven't seen it in such a long time, so my nostalgia lens may be clouding my judgement :P
Not sure. I too have the first lord of the rings on VHS and the other two on dvd (plus all three on dvd for the extended editions). I think Spider-man was the first movie I got on DVD, though we rented a few beforehand through the mail that we watched on my ps2.well it says it all in the title what was the last vhs tape u remember buying me personally it was the first lord of the rings

The last one I actually remember buying (outside of a blank VHS to record TV shows while I was at work before DVR got big) was Austin Powers Goldmember. I might have bought some anime after that but I can't remember. Shortly after buying that tape I bought a DVD player shortly after I failed to acquire a PS2 near it's release date and been buying discs since.ad1x2I'm not sure the last time anyone in my family bought a blank VHS. I still use blank vhs tapes to tape things on tv (most recently the 1000th episode of Monday Night Raw), though in recent years I haven't been taping much of my own shows, though I've been using my vcr/dvd player to timer record my mom's soap operas for the past few months since the vcr/dvd player in my parents' room hasn't been responding to the remote controller (which is needed in order to timer record).
I'm not sure if I ever personally bought a VHS tape. My parents bought VHSs for me when I was little, but we were fairly early adopters of DVDs.
