When I was born, my parents had a pet parakeet. I died like a year later. Right now we have cat, got her around 11 years ago, she's awesome!

It was a cat. A car ran her over a few years after we got her though. :cry:

My first real pet oddly enough was a Magpie that my uncle found in the backyard with an injured wing. We nursed her back to health, and she pretty much lived in the garage. Her name was Maggie, and I was about five when we found her.
