Sounds good...I think #2 is the most needed though, in other countries.Vis-a-Vis

old, crowded schools isn't the problem. it's that stupid teachers let kids on to the next grade regardless if they know anything or have learned anything. my cousin just started teaching 4th grade in an inner city school and her students can barely write a sentence. incompetent teachers are the problem.
