Lol wut? Powerthirst? Anyways, realistically speaking before birth we're built up from a fertilized egg by processes in the womb that essentially take what we need for development from the mother. Obviously the mother gets those things by eating and everyday life. When we die, our bodies then decompose (if just buried in the ground...) becoming food for bacteria etc. Everything else about being reborn = endless debate. There's way no disprove or prove it 100%.
