It could be anything you ever invision yourself doing. For me, probably the day I get the cajones to ask someone out and they out/ the day I get my first paycheck.
I have a lot that I'm proud of. Recently though; I owned the beginning part of Push Push (Lady Lightning) on Guitar Hero II. I also finished the song and it was all done on Hard. 8)

Death, and that's not a connotation of being sad either. I just think, since almost all our life, that no matter what we do, we'll get to that point, and thus, when I am at that point, it would be the climax of my existance, a 60 year long movie(Of course, I could live shorter or longer). What a feeling that'll be. I made a big deal when Miami Vice ended, I can only imagine what it may be like when I am finally coming to an end....ZOMG!

I can't see into the future so I have no clue what mine would be, greatest day of my life in the past though? Goodtimes with friends, Warped Tour, I dunno lots of fun stuff :D
