What would happen to a guy who couldn't stop laughing at himself?

Some people call it a meltdown I call it an awakening for sure laugh until an explosion and like a super nova from a dying star the dust will form anew.

sounds like an implosion case to me.

If laughter is the best medicine, then he should instantly be cured of all health problems and afflictions ....you know, right before he drops dead.

This reminds me of a Simpson's episode where a man couldn't stop hiccuping. Between each hiccup he would say "Kill me." I would imagine that someone who couldn't stop laughing would feel the same way.
