Games-wise? Kratos... From God of War. He's kick-ass, and the sex minigame is awesome. To play. That is.

In an anime and the game especially I would probably be Tohno Shiki from Tsukihime because he can literally "see death" on people or their "lines" and hes also just surrounded by many great stories especially in the game.FateStayNight
