1. I doubt that she (he?) is hot. 2. There are ways of finding out. 3. If the person has had surgery...then there are still some telltale signs that modern medicine can't enitrely fix. Bone structure, soemtimes the voice, etc.

you'd be surprised how often that doesn't work, actually the best feature to tell if it's a tranny is the voice.
Also there's surgery that can completely turn a man into a woman, so there's really no possible way to be completely sure short of her having a baby.
I've been to Thailand I've seen some crazy stuff. Well, I know that there have been victims of boyfriends finding out a long while after actually having had sex. So I guess the surgery can do amazing things. It's kinda scary.
