Sooner or later you'll need fresh meat and fresh fruits and vegetables. Do you know how to acquire them? How to treat yourself if sick? How to live when the electricity goes off and you can't find any more gasoline?
well hunting really isn't all of that hard if you are in the right places and know what you are doing. cultivating fruits or vegitables by yourself would be the hard part.
Survive and entertain myself the best I can, which would be hard because most of the power would be out within the first few weeks because there would be no one to run the powerstations.
if i was one of the last and find the best looking female survivor and just have alot of sex. would convince her to do it by saying that we would repopulation the planet:P other then that id just live like will smith did in i am legend.
