If I woke up as the opposite gender I'd immediately go to the emergency room and have a doctor figure out what the heck happened to me and how to put things back.

This, after I...have some fun with myself. Might even get a few girls to play with me....:P
Well I would probably roll out of bed, go to the bathroom to brush my teeth, thus looking in the mirror and finding out what the **** is going on. After that, I would make sure to check in to a hospital to make sure there's nothing wrong with me. After getting cleared, I would try to hit up Dystopian-X to see if his now female self would like to "get together".
