Nah but seriously, I generally eat some steel-cut oats. Usually put some ground flax seed and chia in there, some dried fruit and nuts. Get my omegas in, fiber, some healthy fats. Season with honey, coriander, cardamom, and a dash of cinnamon (gives it a bit of chai flavor)
Helps keep my turds like rock-solid deer pellets except ping-pong ball sized. They make that "twerp" sound when they go into the water. I Love it. I only need to wipe once. Remember Futurama? They're like Nibbler craps....dark matter. Thunk.
Nothing like a good BM
On a similar note, does anyone else like discussing their BMs? It just seems like one of those things you can talk about.
I've been giving intermittent fasting a go recently, so no breakfast in the traditional sense. But when I do break fast, it's usually chicken thighs and green beans, or eggs and bacon.
usually just some Granola that has peanut butter in it (made that way I don't put it in). don't normally have much of an appetite when I get up so don't eat much.
Most times just toasts with cheese, when I actually get up early enough it's omelet with toasts with "full fat" (actually 50% fat) cream cheese, and salad made of tuna fish in olive oil, pickled paprika (I think that's the correct translation) and olives. And coffee, of course.
Coffee is all I can have, don't like eating anything in the morning.
Although I do like McDonald's sausage egg McMuffin now and then.
Tea and just any cereal bars are all I need.
I used to cook me eggs, pancakes, and stuff like that but not anymore.
Why?
Tends to vary, from one season to another, but two things have been a mainstay for the last few months : Oatmeal and Cretons.
Buy the stuff at the store nowadays, but we used to make these at home when i was younger.
On slightly burnt toast with ballpark mustard, salt and pepper.

It depends. Sometimes porridge oats. Sometimes soup with garlic bread. Sometimes my main meal for the day. The only constant is that it's always variable. Oh, and a cup of tea. :P
