Don't be shy people ill tell you mine :P

I rack in at 25.8, which is funny I don't really feel fat I guess it doesn't account muscle mass.

I'm 5,11 at 185lbs.

Yeah, I don't think BMI scales take into account "frame" size. I can see my ribs and I have slight abs yet it tells me I'm overweight that being said I could lose 10 or so pounds I guess.

BMI is an outdated overused system taht doesn't account for musclemass, bone structure, or bone density. In highschool my BMI was right at 25 even though my body fat percentage was about 8%. I had a lot of muscle, a large frame, and high bone density. Hell waist size is a better indicator of health than BMI.

Well I'm 5'7" and 165 pounds, but if I lost even like five pounds I'd look like a skeleton or something, either I got heavy bones or my legs carry some crazy amount of wieight.

I think it's 24, though I'm pretty muscular, so that might have something to do with it. o_O I can almost see my ribs too... :|

23.1 @ 6 feet and 4.77 inches and 194 pounds. So that means that i with a clean conscience can continue eating 3 bags of doritos each day :)

In other words, to hell with BMI, it's BS and doesn't mean squat.

i'm surprised how OT is suddenly all these big boned low body fat muscle machines?

Anyway adding to it i'm 6'1'' and 217 pounds of muscle, steel and sex appeal so my BMI is 28.6 which is apparently very overweight and borderline obese?

21 :P Used to be 23 if I'm not mistaken. I think the waist/hip ratio test is a better indicator if you're healthy or not.

That's great, thanks. I wonder however if people will ever quit this biatching about BMI "b-b-but bmi called me FAT b-b-but i haz MUSCLES", when the word M-A-S-S is in the name.

I don't know dandruff about why would they call a man at 30's obese (probably has to do with blood flow and the heart, when a man's stuffed himself silly with muscles), but I know mass does not equal how fat a person is.

'sides, haven't they made BMI a bit more accurate regarding age and sex? A female of age 14-15 with a BMI of round about 24+ is not ok, she's overweight. Tell her that next time and make her weight-conscious over nothing.

18.8 btw.

25.9. BMI is a bit of a joke though. My body fat is kinda high (15) but I'm hardly over weight. I'm 5'11 186, but basement would be like 180, I don't want to be pinner.
