What's a good hooby to start at 19?

The title pretty much sums up itself. I'm becoming bored with my life here lately, since I'm in college and I can't get off campus until the weekends, since I don't have a car on campus. Socially the place is dead and its quite lonely since I'm single.So I figure it's time to start a hobby, just not sure what to start. I figured mabye model cars and that stuff, I could learn to skate by joining the outdoor club that skates here, or something else that's none musical since I can already play the alto saxophone. So what's a good hobby?

Amatuer radio is a nice hobby, unfortately I have neglected it.

I draw lots of anime, it wastes time (in a good way). You don't yourself don't have to draw anime, but I suggest drawing, it's quite fun, and like I said wastes time :P (In a good way). You can also try something like what you suggested, model cars. Collecting crap is also good....wait nvm you can't go off campus, but looking online for collectors stuff is kind of fun....I guess.....sometimes....not really :?.

Oh, and you play Sax? I myself play Alto :D.

EDIT : Video games is also a good hobby (though I don't see why you're on gamespot if you don't play video games :P.).

Yea I play video games occasionally, but I'm looking for something constructive to do.

Modeling(scale replica) is extremely fun and time consuming. I have been building models for a long time now, and it really lets you get creative with your pieces. It can be quite costly if you let it, but you can easily build, paint and detail a nice kit for under $15 dollars. You can also go to the other extreme and build models that are in the $100s of dollars range. Message me if you want to know more. I would be glad to show you some very friendly and informative sites that have litteraly thousands of users. It would be cool to see someone else join the light side:D.

rescue kittens? Video games are probably the fastest way to pass time and can even help you get out frustrations. Reading is also good, there are plenty of books out there to check out.
