What do you think of rappers that feud with other rappers?

on one hand i think its childish, immature, and no way to deal with a problem, .. but on the other hand some of the best rap songs to come out have been diss tracks.

so is it completely stupid, or a necessary evil.. ?

No, that's because of different creeds. :D (you're right, of course) 

I liked it when it was two MC's who respected each other going at it.  Not this publicity 50 Cent vs. Ja Rule crap just to sell a few records and divide listeners up into idiotic factions.  It makes absolutely no sense whatsoever, nowadays.

And yes, BlackStar does own.

As far as rapper that feud with other rappers, only shows the immaturity of the genre's practicioners.
