I live in SF and think its awesome.Ive been to LA a few times its pretty boring there and SO MUCH TRAFFIC its unbelieveable.The only fun things to do there are go to Universal Studios and The Stars but thats just about it.But Anaheim is pretty cool

But there's so many babes in LA. I remember going there on my way to Disneyland and wow, it's like you don't even have to try looking. It's like, "There's one, there's one, there's another one" whereas San Francisco has a ton of hobos.
Living in San Francisco, I have to give my vote to San Francisco! NorCal > SoCal. NorCal (Northern California) is the heart of U.S. technology companies, heck San Francisco bay area is home to Google, Yahoo, Apple Computers, AMD, Intel, Esurance, Sega of America, HP/Compaq and TONS of other high tech company. LA is better. You have the beach, mountains, and desert all within 60 miles of each other. The weather is usually around 65-70 year around. Many world class amusement parks in the area.Â
