What's good in Vegas these days?

So I'm planning a Las Vegas trip before college starts back up at the end of August with a few friends and I was wondering what are some of the must see shows? I haven't been to Vegas in years so I really don't know what new stuff they have.

One of my cousins was telling me to go see thePeepshow Starring Holly Madison at Planet Hollywood. Any ideas for those who have been to Vegas recently?

i go to the mall with friends, the movies, occasionally i'm suckered into going to 18+ clubs, which i don't like.

i go to the park, go driving at night with friends, etc.

I just went to Vegas for the first time in over 10 years and had lots of fun. Just do a litlte research about the things you guys want to do like eating, shopping, parties, etc. There's a bunch of great shows at night you can see. That's what I'm missing the most about Vegas right now actually lol.

i think my favorite place to eat is Mimi's Cafe.

I say, Do it! plan your trip! Make sure you do your research of hotels. I do not know off the top of my head what the prices are for some of the Hotels on the Strip. I don't recommend a major hotel. Save your money---- your hardly in your hotel room ;)

There's plenty of shows to seeat LV, though its actually the least of my favorite thing to do

Just do some research on what you like to see, I think there are about 4 shows from Cirque du Soleil and I heard they allreceived rave reviews

I don't know the spelling, but those Cirque de Solei or whatever. There's three or four of them. They have weird names like Ka, etc. But they are quite impressive.

i happened to catch jerry sienfeld that was great. also as ppl have suggested be sure to look into one of the cirque du soleil shows if you can. they have summer special going on where most shows are $50 for category 1 seating (normally these sell for 175 so... yeah). there's 7 cirque shows btw...

ka, O, mystere, criss angel, zumanity, love, and... i cant remember the last one. ka, mystere, and O (and love if you like beatles) are the best ones from reviews. i myself went to see ka and it was absolutely brilliant. O is also amazing but... the tickets were normal price so F that. mystere's $55 tickets were all gone as well.

other than that... the stuff on the streets is pretty awesome nights, great restaurants and clubs too... : ). i actually found myself just wandering inside the hotels and malls with friends tons of fun cause of all the different architecture and stuff ... and guess what? we did absolutely no drinking or gambling whatesoever and still had an amazing time

Shows - Cirque de Soliel. Not big into many others.

Clubs - Tao, Rain, Ghostbar. Get bottle service.

Casinos - Meh. Seems like you aren't a gambler. Just go to the Bellagio, Palms, MGM Grand etc.
