After playing games everyday of your young life and then realize that once in a university your gaming life would be over? There is no choice but to choose that turn in life that heads toward being rich and successfull. How do you deal with that? I know that ill still be able to play games once in awhile but never as much as I have before.

All have having priorities.
Though my first year I hardly touched my consoles. Soon enough they weren't on my mind and I was sad I forgotten all about them :( Summer months I did all the catching up on my gaming needs.

I'm going to college this Monday. Yeah I won't play as much, but college isn't the main reason. I'm just going to learn martial arts and foreign languages. Martial Arts is really all I'm interested in anymore. I've played plenty. Who cares. Unless I start going to tournaments or something I might let of gaming for more training.

Well at my college I'm going into Game Art as a major, so I'll have plenty of time to play games for "educational" purposes ;).

it's all about balance. i've gone through school, still had time for games. i've worked 60 hour weeks, and still had time for games. there's always time, it's just a matter of finding it.

but if you play 8 hours a day right now, then you may be right. it's unlikely you'll have that much time until you retire.

If you're lucky you can mix 2 and 3. But if not, then they should stay in that order.

You know I honestly thought that he might have been asking another question from the title lol. But to answer your question balance is the key to everything, without it there will only be chaos. You'll still be able to play games and in college you can pick when you want your classes so you set up a schedule that allows you to do school, study, work, play, and etc...

Right now I inadvertenly got the best schedule I could possibly think of.

This summer i just lost my interest in video games. Probably cause i have a crappy graphics card, no next gen system, and the lack of decent psp games. Idc though, I start college monday, so it's for the better.

I'm taking 17 hard hours, I have a job, and a social life, and I still manage to find at least 10-15 hours a week to game. (more if I mix gaming and social life)

the less time you have for games the more valuable that time becomes.
