I'd say not knowing because then you can't plan for it. Depending on how soon though, it can be a great opportunity. I mean, you're old anyways so you would have died within a few years anyways, all this does is shorten the time a bit and gives you a chance to go nuts. Rob a bank Heat style, go to Las Vegas and spend all your savings and retirement funds on gambling and hookers, etc.
