Good tasting beer, legal drinking age of 19 (18 if you're lucky) and free health care.

EXAMPLE:

You live and Canada, it's your 19th birthday so you go to the bar to celebrate. Drink some great tasting beer, get loaded and go home with a random girl. She gives you the clap but it's okay because you get free medical care. Overall a great night.

In America, it's your 19th birthday and you celebrate by trying to get into the bar only to be rejected at the door. You instead get drunk at a highschool party withsome friends. After choking down some god awful beer that was barely worth drunk it gave you, the cops show up and bust all you underagers. Before being sent to the drunk tank for the night they decide you need to take a trip to the hospital for a stomach pump due to your dangerous alcohol level. All you were left with is a bad nights sleep, a hospital bill and the sour taste of subpar beer in your mouth.

And that right there is what is so great about Canada.
