What's the craziest thing you've done to old batteries?

One time I we and my friends were using big D batteries instead of baseballs. Lol! My wooden bat splintered but the noise it made was awesome!

I cut it in half I'm more hardcore.

I ate one and made myself throw up with a tooth brush.

Threw some in the trash once. No...it wasn't a recycling bin!

Put two into an empty water bottle with about 20ml or butane (it becomes liquid) then wrapped 2 lighters aroudn the bottle doused it in lighter fluid and lit it up. nice fireball effect accompanied by a pop.

Me and my friend sold two battries that didn't work to a little kid at school once for 2 bucks.

It was worth it.

I have had people misread that since the late 90s, no worries. The worst story I have to date about my alias happened in person t hough. Some people whispered that CaliGirl was at the Quakecon party since they heard of me over the years, and with too many whispers, somehow some guy misheard CALL girl. So, I wondered that night why EVERY SINGLE MAN at that party gave me a mischief grin. I found out from one of my old media pals what it was about 2 hrs after being there. My first reaction is.. I am not wearing anything that would seem like I am? I was quite aggrivated. You know..... do I really look like a Call Girl in appearance? LOL. Then, later it was quite funny. At least I didnt get anyone coming up to me making offers. I was wearing my steel boots that night too. lol

But back to the point, the idea that it might cause more electricity, that would be quite scary for someong with tongue piercing. I am taking it that you wont be trying it any time soon.
