Well apparently, I seem to need to be level 5 to acess many features on the site. commenting, reviewing, adding friends, word editor, etc. So what are the fastest ways to make the progress bar get plenty of points? What gives howmany points at a time?
Become staff. Instant level 72 at 100%. [spoiler] There is a max cap to levelling per day, however to reach level 5, it shouldn't take more than a week to 10 days. Head over to How to gamespot and see one of the stickies there [/spoiler]

It does add to reach the max cap for the day. GS systems has no way of determing a good or bad thread. Probably because they are used to bad threads more so than good....

You have to delete System 32 from your computer. That does the trick.
