60 something but as soon as people get close to the limit they change it, it's saved as points anyway so they can change the boundaries whenever they like
When someone reaches level 70 the real way (none of that cheap admin business :P), then Gamespot will probably make 4 or 5 new levels. It will just keep going on.

i swear mods get a level boost, i remember when mods were in the mid 40s when all the users were low 20s... now that users have broken the 40 barrier, mods suddenly jumped up to 60s.... its the warcraft level cap syndrome.

August? Then I'll be 64 until next February, most likely. I've just stayed active for years; simple as that. :P
