Men its time. The women have begun their secrecy. I feel their own language is their next step. An uprising is imminent. We now HAVE to chain them to the kitchen if we wish to remain the dominent sex!
joke, apologies to any offended. :P
Guys, I got an idea. The girls said their bra color for the sake of breast cancer, and I think some tried to start underwear for cervical cancer, guys, it's time we raise awareness about prostate cancer!

Next time you have a bowel movement, estimate the size and post it! For prostate cancer awareness everywhere!

It's so dumb. It's making a mockery of breast cancer awareness. If anyone really wanted to contribute to the cause... that is not the way to do it.

I posted links to different breast cancer organizations on my status. That is something to do. And donating or giving your time to the cause instead of posting your bra color where everyone just ends up either doing it for the lolz or doing it to show off their sexy underwear - it just defeats the purpose of breast cancer awareness.

You want something fun though, to atleast spread the word, and get more people to begin thinking about it. A bunch of girls start posting colors for no reason, more girls start questioning this, then ask, then they are told its because of breast cancer awareness, then they post theirs, and the thought of breast cancer gets in their head, and the more they are going to think about it, and the more they'll think about what else they are going to do. And more likely they will look for organizations, without being told to. It is making more people aware that there is such a thing. And not everyone has much time to devote towards something, or money to donate, so they could just do nothing, but atleast they are good enough to show that they are aware of the cancer. A lot of girls could just do absolutely nothing, and not make others more aware. Atleast the ones who posted their bra color are contributing something, even if they have nothing else to contribute. I think you are looking at this the wrong way.

Not at all... all my facebook shows are all my girl friends posting bra colors, guys liking it, and talking about how awesome their bra's are. Then you get the ones who ask wtf is going on and then they go oh or the ones like me who just want them to stop spamming my feed with something that does absolutely nothing to the cause. It has just been made into a mockery and has just been used as a means to show off what underwear one has or for guys to drool or make fun of it and posting their own colors too. It is now one big joke.

Well, maybe with your friends, but mine arn't making it into a big joke. They are actually taking some seriousness into it. And if you really think about it, I like breasts, other guys like breasts, and the girls also like their breasts, if they are buying sexy bras, so you know they would want to keep them, so in the end, they are becoming more aware.

Being aware of breasts and being aware of bra of color doesnt = being aware of breast cancer. And if by being serious their status is NAME: COLOR ... then yes, I have tons of friends who took it that seriously too.

Oh man. I was on facebook last night, and thought it was just people posting their favorite colors as like an inside joke or something. I almost posted "black," but resisted the urge to join a fad. I found out later it was bra colors. I was just an "enter" press away from massive embarrassment.

I agree that it is stupid and yes it did not do anything to actually help cancer research, but you cannot dispute that it did, in fact, raise awareness of breast cancer, even if only for a small amount of time. As stupid as you may think it is, I still think it had to make at least some people think about it, and that is far better than doing nothing.

The whole bra colour thing would've made loads more sense in October, which is breast cancer awareness month. Just sayin', they missed the mark a tad.

I completely agree. I don't think many people realized it was about breast cancer, they just assumed girls were slutting it up as usual.
