Life and death situation is when I was probably 10 or 12, and I fell down between two jagged boulders that were probably between 1 or 2 stories high.
I didn't feel anything cut me, but when I looked down I had the hugest gash in my knee, it was probably an inch in diameter and pretty deep. I needed 7 stiches I think. Actually I don't remember anything from the time falling to the time I hit the sand. All I remember is slipping then I was on the ground bleeding. I was carried over to the lifeguard tower and they just put ointment on mean. I must have lost a decent amount of blood because after that I felt really cold.
Besides that, it wasn't really scary but just adrenaline flowing. It was past curfew and me and my friend accidently set the alarm off this place that you needed a parent to pick you up at but we were bored so we left. I guess cops were coming after us and we saw one coming so we jumped into the nearest bush for a minute. We only lived like a mile away, it was dumb we couldn't leave, but I guess it's "for our own safety".
had a real steep driveway as a kid, my friend was supposed to look out as i rode my bike down.... he was full stupid, almost was killed by a van.SoBaus
I've had an experience like this, except when I went down the hill, I would stop before crossing the road because I didn't trust him, with good reason, a car came right as I was stopping.
To the other guy, you're scared because you don't know what to do and you're between college and high school? I'm a year in college, still don't know what I want to major and I'm lacking some units, and I'm afraid I won't be able to transfer in time. Not deciding your major shouldn't be a big issue yet.
