what's the site where i can give money to be able to produce small risin artist

I might not be very clear but i was wondering its a site where you can produce different small artist by giving small donations and if they go big well you get a small ammount of their earnings, I forgot whats its called, but theirs a lot of small artist, and its not pandora, or myspace.
