I haven't been to a lot of cities, but I had a really unpleasant time in Nashville. In its defense it had flooded a month before I arrived, but it just seemed kind of dirty.

Like I said, I've never been to any truly awful places. I can't really describe to you the smell of downtown Nashville after it flooded though.A few sandy 3rd world trash piles come to mind. If Nashville is the worst you've seen, consider yourself lucky kiddo.

besides if you ever came to canada youd probably explode from all the liberals and socialism and gun control
Honestly this. I've hated LA every time I've been. It just plain sucks.I'm gonna have to go with LA. Filthy, old, rundown, expensive, overcrowded, high crime and crazy smog. I can't think of anything good about that craphole.

i'm not a big fan of myrtle beach, although i'll admit most of my limited time there was on the older boardwalk area. it all just felt really cheap. LoG-SacramentNorth Myrtle Beach is actually very nice. The boardwalk area reminds me of an upscale Jersey shore or Ocean City Maryland which isn't saying very much.
I'd have to say Baltimore or Hartford. It's a gray, brutalist mess of ugly buildings and corporate interests.Saturos3091Joke post? You can't possibly hate Baltimore.
It gave us The Wire.

I was in the process of editing my post and I hit submit without realizing I had left that in there. I was giving it some thought and that's one of the reasons I don't hate Baltimore as much as I do Hartford. :PI've grown to like Philly over the years. Probably because it's the closest city to where I live.Wilmington, DE is pretty bad...mostly because it's Delaware but also because it's just a crap hole. Also Philadelphia, I would mention Baltimore too but meh.

Again, I'm from CA. ;) If I'm ever in Canada, we can grab some beers and you can show me around. :P[QUOTE="CHOASXIII"]I've grown to like Philly over the years. I just look around there when I drive through and it's just meh to me.

Haven't been to Philly but I haven't heard much good about it.I enjoyed my stay in Nassau, Bahamas but ended up in some pretty bad areas at night. Literally saw a baby in a cradle next to a garbage can that had a fire going in it. The street was completely empty except for the baby and the burning garbage. Went into a bar with just me and my friend and there was 5 guys in it that all left as soon as we entered and a chinese bartender that spoke no english. Also was offered prostitutes several times.

Haven't been to Philly but I haven't heard much good about it. It is the city of Brotherly Love, what can be wrong with that? Also best cheese steak subs in the country. I'll have to say Baltimore, always seems a bit grim to me.Oh yes...I remember that place. There was a reason I left Jersey as soon as I could, that's just one of them.Camden, that place makes Newark look like Vancouver.
DaJuicyMan
Probably Flint Michigan. What a dump. The entire city is a trash pit and has nothing going for it. Detroit is really bad as well with the abandoned skyscrapers and houses. The difference between Flint and Detroit is that Detroit actually has a couple blocks of downtown that is alot of fun. Here is a picture i took recently: http://i62.photobucket.com/albums/h93/andrewshooter/2012-12-29183805.jpg Note: if you go a couple blocks down from this place you can see huge 25 story abandoned buildings.

LoG-SacramentI have at times lived there and, well, I am not going to disagree. So much exists for the purpose of tourism and the nightlife that being a local is just not fun. I don't care about going to the beach but so much, I do not golf, and I do not drink. As such, there is not much within the city that I actually care for. As far as places to visit in South Carolina, Charleston and Greenville are much better.

When going to Lisbon, you should avoid the sewers... There's other things to see you know.
