Whats this song? Anyone?

I heard this song yesterday and wrote some bits on my mobile phone so that I wouldnt forget it, but now Ive been searching for quite some time and have found nothing.Can you please help me :P ?

Its a slow music, with some guitar in the back and the "chorus" part is something like:

"I'm here, and I'm over there(the correct word might not be there,but thats what I understood) . Im here and Im over there my friend. Here we goooo"

LOL I know this is quite stupid but it was such a nice song and I cant find it!
