It's not a religion but "brown people" are made fun of a lot where i live for some reason. People are always looking for something idiotic to laugh at.
The origination of the greedy jewish stereotype came from the middle ages. The church banned usury(loaning money) and jews were the only ones who could practice it. People soon realized they wouldn't have to repay their debt if the person they owed money to was dead.
Because us jews are very easy to make fun of. We wear goofy little hats, when we pronounce our h's it sounds like we need a handful of ricola cough drops, and when we get old we have mass migrations to Florida.

The only group of people I hear genuine derogatory statements about on a near daily basis are Muslims. It's pretty ridiculous the way the media has depicted Islam.
The county I live in( West Palm Beach) has the highest density of Jews in the US, so you can't really rip on Jews here :PDivergeUnify
Boca is definitely a very nice city too! I go to FAU there. The college plopped down in the middle of a retirement community of old Jews and hippies hehehe.

Ain't all that much discrimination in NZ, no matter what you are and what you beleive. I was peaking in general however, I find the amount of people who discriminate against judaism or Jews are very low in number. But tht's just me.

I go to Spanish River High atm. The hippes like to protest a lot on glades and st. andrews haha

I guess people see them as cheap. but I mean you should never stereotype someone just because of their race. yes I know it's a hard thing to do I will admit but it's at least good to try.
