What times do you usually eat and what types of food to you endulge in?

I would also like to know what you think of my pattern ...

I usually skip breakfast and cannot eat lunch until 1:30. For lunch it's either a Subway wrap (all salads, cookies, and Coke zero), a tuna sanwitch, or leftover dinner (usually just chicken or sausages with some type of sauce and rice). At 4 I have afternoon tea, which is whatever is in the tea room, usually a banana. Dinner is my main meal, around 7pm. I usually just have some chicken or sausage cooked up with some sauce and mix it in with a bit of rice. Then, around 11, I have a glass of chocolate milk to keep me full...

Breakfast @ 6 am: 3/4th cup oatmeal with - 2 chopped strawberries - 1/4 cup blueberries - chopped banana 3 eggs topped with either two slices of turkey or two slices of chicken apple coffee Lunch at 11 am: Turkey & ham or chicken sub from various locations and a fruit salad. Sometimes replace the sub with peanut butter sandwich or something Snack @ 3: a serving of almonds Dinner @ 5 or 6: Grilled chicken or soup with a large bag of mixed vegetables It changes of course, but that's very often what I eat since I don't really know how to cook.

i eat breakfest very rarley but if i do it has to be

bacon,eggs 2 over easy,hashbrowns,ham,sausage,and coffee

but thats once in a blue damn moon.

lunch what i cook in the microwave,yay thats rats+10

and dinner is what i use my oven/stove to cook.or i go out and eat if not.just drive to my parents place and eat there

Fruits, vegetables, meat like ground beef, turkey, ham. raman noodles, rice, bread, chees stix, peanut butter and jelly sandwich, beef jerky. and tacos sometimes.. homemade most of the time.

Days when I lift: 8am - six to eight cups of coffee, black 1pm - two bananas, five slices of whole grain bread, one serving of natural peanut butter (2 tbsp) 4pm - one to two scoops of casein protein 8pm - lift 10pm - large meal: ideally tons of starch carbs and lean protein (but I live with my parents still, so I don't always have control of what dinner is) and then some veggies Rest days vary, (though it's usually bacon and eggs) but this is what I had yesterday 9am - same amount of coffee 5pm - 12 eggs scrambled, 8 slices of bacon, 130g roast beef (dinner), a green bell pepper Water is, ideally, a gallon or so every day.

Breakfast - 10-30 minutes after whenever I wake up which is an unpredictable event. Lunch - Whenever I feel hungry, usually about 3-4 hours after breakfast. Dinner - Somewhere between 6pm and 8pm. Snacks at random times between after lunch and before breakfast

Eat a huge breakfast in the morning before school, eat a sandwich when I get home from school, and then have a huge dinner a couple hours before bed.

Breakfast around 7:30. Anything from bacon and eggs to Breakfast Burritos from McDonald's to Pop Tarts to some microwave pizza from the snack machine at work.

Lunch sometime between 11:00 and 1:00. Pretty much anything, maybe a sandwich, maybe leftovers from last night's dinner. Maybe donuts and a big glass of milk lol.

Dinner a little after 5:00. Usually a good sized meal, could consist of just about anything.

I eat 5-6 meals a day. It's a good thing I've got a fast metabolism but I'm always eating.

7am breakfast is usually a bowl of cheerios

11:30am lunch is typically soup or a sandwich

5:30pm a big dinner (typically a meat and some sort of veggie)

Just like my sleep schedule it's erratic. I really need to take better care of myself. I nearly always skip breakfast and it's not unusual to skip lunch either. Then I'll have a snack and dinner. What I eat is OKAY. It's not the most ideal healthy foods, but I'm not stuffing my face with junk food either.

I try to eat three meals and have three snacks during the day, but it sometimes fails. I usually eat breakfast, consisting of some sort of cereal and a piece of fruit, then have some water and a piece of fruit later one if I feel hungry. Then it's lunch, a piece of bread of some sort and a piece of fruit, a glass of water or milk. Yet again I'll wait a bit and if I'm hungry I'll have a snack of sorts. Dinner time, I try not to eat too much and if I'm hungry later on in the evening I'll usually have a homemade bun with peanut butter or nutella. Most times however, I'll end up sinning like a MoFu and gorge down a packet of chips or biscuits or something similar..

I always eat when I wake up and every two or three hours after. Lots of nuts, apples, milk, and chickens.

I've switched mine up a bit recently to try and do 6 small meals a day containing oats, protein, fruits and veggies. So far with that it has been working out pretty good. Usually eat breakfast at 8am or 9:30am then a morning snack (usually fruit) then lunch, then 2x afternoon snack (usually fruit) then dinner.

That's one of the worst eating patterns I've ever seen! Keep this saying in mind: "Eat breakfast like a king and dinner like a pauper". And don't get me started on the crap you eat.

It's a whole lot better then my previous eating patterns. I know it isn't good without breakfast, but I cannot stomach anything in the morning. And by dinner being my 'main' meal, it's only two sausages or a medium chicken breast in size.

And I would genuinely like to know what is wrong with the stuff that I eat ...

My eating pattern: I eat whatever I have whenever I want. I usually eat when I'm hungry, but I do eat when I get bored sometimes.

breakfast - i usually skip, but if i have it it's always like whole-grain health cereal like Kashi. Though on occasion i'll still pick up a box of that sugary-kid stuff to treat myself, something like say... Captain Crunch.

during Ramadan i'll eat Honey Bunches of Oats Almonds aka Ramadan cereal as it's called in my family. :P primarily because if you eat like a bowl or two it will keep you pretty much full for the entire day.

for lunch - usually deli sandwhich, two slice of pizza, or nachos.

for dinner - can be virtually anything and it's where i usually over eat the most.

On very busy days where i got a lot of class work, meetings and work to do, i may just go off of snacks for the day and go straight for dinner.

I have no idea tbh most of them think im begging for attention and some of them i have no idea existed hate me for no reason , but i think they troll me cause they are looking for drama

I usually eat twice or three times a day for big meals. I do have snacks in between, though. I almost never skip breakfast and lunch/dinner depends. Sometimes I might skip one.

Cereal for breakfast, then something a little later for lunch before I work out (usually whatever). I don't always eat dinner, but if I do I try to not go nuts so I don't go to bed feeling bloated, though on weekends I tend to go out to restaurants or throw a big junk food filled game night with buddies.

I have 5 meals, daily, and a consistent macronutrient ratio. To simplify, my carbohydrates are generally fruit and vegatable base, minimal lactose and perhaps grain germs. Proteins generally consist of essential amino acids, biological values and net protein utility is no longer specific, unless you are an athlete, though raw milk, and perhaps beef for vitamin b12. Fatty acids are generally rape seed, walnut and olive oil to a lesser extent, I attempt to have a consistent alpha linoelic acid:linoelic acid ratio of 1:4, they are essential. Prior to this, 4-5 months ago, I fasted one day and feeded the next, being 4500x2kcal (9000kcal) daily, it would consist of 7 meals a day, 7-9 on weekdays.

It all depends on whether I am working or not. If working, I eat breakfast, a snack, lunch, another snack then dinner, then bed. If not working, usually skip breakfast, maybe a snack, lunch, a snack, dinner, maybe a snack, then bed.
