Musical instruments? In terms of sound, you don't need to know how to play them.

For me it would be something like this: Guitar, Drums and Piano.

Either guitar or bass (so simple yet such a good sound) followed very closely by drums.

Yeah, what guitar brand are you using?

I've used Gibsons for as long as I can remember, though I do use Matons everynow and than.

I've been in an Acoustic mood lately.

Bass guitar. I like the sound of low notes for some reason. I have absolutely no musical talent whatsoever though, so I don't play any instruments.

Definately the guitar, I don't know if any of you have heard of Syu from the J Metal band Galneryus..but he is one amazing gutarist and pretty much made me buy a guitar and start learning to play. I love all types of neo classical metal the guitars just sounds too awesome.

i like almost every instrument. but it cannot be argued that the best "instrument" per se is the symphony orchestra.

I love hearing the flute, tin whistle, hurdygurdy, violin, cello, mandola, shamisen, and guitar.

I wouldn't say keyboard since it can basically do any instrument sound (only difference is that it doesn't sound authentic)

The Piano and Saxophone would be my standout favorites although I'm very partial to the Koto and the many instruments that comprise a well-tuned Gamelan Gong Kebyar ensemble.
