There is nothing more awesome then replacing a C with a K... makes it much more leet... remember when magic became "Magik!"... good times...
Well if we're talking about actual 40k armies, my favorite are the Dark Angels:
My all time favorite from the novels are the Death Watch Space Marines, though.
The Vostroyan Firstborn,
Ever since like 2006 when they were introduced in the cities of death against the zombies and daemons i have been in love with them,
Necrons mans. Love those guys.
PS, dont you think the year 40,000 is WAAAY overboard. Even the year 4000 would be too much,

if you were a true fan you wouldnt think thatImperial guard.
Just something about being the normal regular soldier trying to take on the other killing machines is quite epic.
That, and their vehicles own. Seriously, baneblade and Basilisk on the same team, just slaughter
oh idk i could imagine that Ork Nobs would have pretty big cahoonas :lol:Imperial Guard. They've got bigger balls than any other faction in that universe.

Dark Eldar have bigger balls despite half of them being female.Imperial Guard. They've got bigger balls than any other faction in that universe.

I have a half built Vostroyan army I use for reinforcements :) I love them and their hats and mustaches. Nothing better than fielding an all metal army. :DThe Vostroyan Firstborn,

Tyranids. I've always had a soft spot for the truely monstrous. (I still think the zerg are slightly cooler even if they are based on tyranids, although to be fair tyranids are a combination of xenomorphs and the bugs from starship troopers)

No, they don't reproduce sexually.

No wonder their so dam angryI'm curious, is 40k Scifi or Fantasy? I'm seeing armor and swords, but guns too? O_o th3warr1or
Sorta a mixture of both, it incorporates fantasy elements (such as swords, orcs, elves, demons) with sci-fi elements (planetery travel, cybernetic implants, power armour.)

That's pretty excellent, tbh. Baneblade.....those things are gargantuan. I'd never be able to use one in real gameplay, but it sure would look nice on my shelf. :) Especially with a mustache painted on. XD
Skaven is Fantasy not 40k.i dont know if it count's but one of my mates paints that stuff. the rat ones are sick. so them

I like Space Marines, the Dark Angels and Blood Angels rock. Though Dark Eldar is by far my favourite race.I like SM the most. Grey Knights, Dark angels and black templars.. they simply are too awesome, though my sig probably gave away my answer :P.

Cost and distance.
If it's distance. You could get it online: http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/home.jsp
The cost is ugly about GW... Though it is rather entertaining if you enjoy painting minitures.
Not realy, but you don't have much of a choice when you either have a small chance of survival (however slim) if you fight the enemy or you get summeraly executed if you retreat.Imperial Guard. They've got bigger balls than any other faction in that universe.

Well you got that right. I got some models of Necrons when I was like 13, painted em, but never got into the universe. Is there a short way of explaining why the year is that way
