Really really hard to say for me.
I'll go with Badinerie though. It was the first classical piece of music I really liked some 10 years ago and amazingly I haven't grown tired of it. So I'll go with it because of its endurance with me.
Classical music? None that I could think of. I'm not the cultured kind. I do like the opening song to the Kostner movie, Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves.
I grew up with a lot of classic songs (especially from Courage The Cowardly Dog :D), so I can't narrow it down at all.
I love me some Beethoven, Mozart, and all the other ones that you may hear wherever you may go lol.

Classical music is old and outdated.

I wouldn't even say it's his best set of variations for piano (the Diabelli and Eroica variations are better), but it's like Beethoven took a theme straight out of Legend of Zelda and wrote 32 variations on it.
