It really is a great book. Blade Runner, which is based on it, is also great, but quite different.

I'm reading it right now; my wife is an English teacher and I took it from her classroom 8)

the metamorphosis by kafka. each of the books ive read by kafka are great, but the metamorphosis is a great example of his finished work. LoG-Sacrament

I've not read Kafka, but anytime I hear about Metamorphosis I think of the music video in the Home Movies episode where they make a rock opera from it :lol:

OMG I love that book, Heinlein was a god! Anyway, for me it's either that, 'Stranger in a Strange Land', or 'Dune' by Frank Herbert. Or 'God Emperor of Dune'.
