Love me some pepper-jack, but there are so many correct answers when it comes to cheese. Soooo many.

There are many cheeses I like and each is great for different things.

Feta is great in scrambled eggs, sliced and then baked with tomato, peppers and oregano on top or absolutely necessary with some veggie dishes.

Mozarella (both the white soft one and the other type) is great on pizza.

Kefalotiri, graviera and kefalograviera are great on pretty much anything.

Parmezan is great in Ceasar's salad and sandwiches.

It depends. For sandwiches I like Swiss, for hamburgers it's American and for fondue, I like brie.

It depends, I absolutely love cheese. Asadero is good, and so is sharp cheddar. I also like Pepper Jackand mozzarella of course. Blue cheese crumbles or ranch is delicious as well. You can't forget Muenster though, and Parmesan tastes great on top of almost anything.I simply can't decide!

Brie or really good cheddar. I don't really count American as a cheese, but it's indispensable for sandwiches and burgers.

Pepper jack, colby jack, cheddar, Swiss, provolone, Muenster, Gouda, feta, mozzarella, etc. Sadly I do not like the cheese that is my namesake. :(

I cannot pick one - that's like picking a favourite child. Aged cheddar for snacking - it's easy to eat yet has a nice complex flavour without any of the off odours of some of the fancier cheeses. Mozzarella for melting. On anything. Havarti for sandwiches. Feta for salads and pizzas. Parmesan for salads and pasta.

the majority of blue and soft cheeses. The smellier and runnier the better imo. I have a cheese cupboard in the garden, because it stinks up the fridge otherwise ^^ Right now I really like St Argur Blue, which isn't that strong a cheese, but it's so damn good on a bagel.

Smelly and runny. Two adjectives that really whip my appetite into a frenzy.

Cheese is my favorite food so asking which is my favorite is like asking a parent to name their favorite child. Buit if forced, I would have to choose Délice de Bourgogne.
