I'm a 18 year old, unmotivated college student that only thinks about girls and food about 90% of the time (WHICH IS NORMAL), i like to color in coloring books, follow people for noooo good reason in walmart just to see their reaction (awww how i miss my younger years :)), watch anime, play videogames (who doesn't), and just live life my way. About this time my faith actually became real. I was devastated and my "life" had left me. Thus, who did I have but God? Even though I was studying to become a pastor, it was then I surrendered my life to him, changing my life forever. Now my life has been transformed by the Gospel of Jesus Christ and my life's mission is to give people the very same thing that has given my life purpose and hope. I seek to do this via starting churches in the urban North and possibly use my artwork as a medium for teaching biblical truth along the way. I'm now a seminary student preparing for this life of service.

I'm just your average 23 year old male, who like everyone else eats, sleeps, thinks and breathes. I watch a ton of films and television, listen to a ton of music, as well as I study other forms of popular culture and media, seeing as I intend to have a career in the entertainment industry. All in all Im probably not much different from most of you, and yet I have my own quirks and characteristics that set me apart. What else can I say?

I'm 16, a Junior in high school, have a girlfriend, and I recently received some horrendous news and am now depressed :(

LOL, well I just say a few things, Raised in modest Conservative family, 40 years old, Been to prison, has almost died on numerous occasions, for numerous reasons, have seen all 50 states and 13 countries , has been to 12 friends funerals, has seen things I have mentally blocked out, But now as an Adult i love life and appreciate things that most take for granted. Memories of an old man are the deeds of a man in his prime. I am a happy man,wonderful beautiful Girlfriend, Good job, have all the toys, but most importantly , have the wisdom to know the difference between trivial and pivotal.

Hmm... I'm an 18-year-old girl who's lived in Fargo, North Dakota for her entire life. I just finished up my very first semester of college, and it was a stressful and rocky semester. I'm currently pursuing a BS in Computer Science, and I'm strongly considering getting another degree: a BS in Psychology. I've always had great interest in both subjects. I'm quiet, nerdy, shy, self-conscious, self-loathing, highly self-destructive, boring, friendly, etc. I have enough friends to be satisfied - I'm not a wild party animal but I'm not an anti-social loner either. I'm ambitious and somewhat intelligent but very lazy and unmotivated. I'm hoping to make a lot of changes soon because I do have a lot of goals, but I'm not doing much to reach them.

Oh let me see... 27 (yeah im that old) man born in Denmark, but raised in England, Germany and Belgium (Thanks to EU schools, and my dads work).

Spent my youth studying and traveling when I could, best thing was to combine both, which I did some. took an education as a electronicsmechanic, and then proceeded to get a job as an advisor meaning I had to learn alot people in general, mainly psychology and philosophy, History and politics.

I then got drafted into teh army (yeah not by choice over here) but thanks to my then "would be" farther in law, I landed a Job in there as a civilian funktionarie (Weaponsmechanic), no rank, no soldier, just teach and repair the rifles the footsluggers broke.

Got out again, went on to become an advisor, or maybe translater at that time at the EU, had a mental meltdown, and was Diagnosed "Skizoid Depressive Paranoid" Personality Disorder... So all I spent the last 23 years on at that time, had gone to waste.

Now Im considered retired by the state and goverment, its not bad, But I hope I can get it revoked and continue to work towards gettting something out of my life, and scavange what was broken back then.

Who knows maybe I just realised how big the difference between people really is :S

I'm a 18 yr old boy, who did not know his father until he appeared in my life one day at the age of 9 only to disappear the next day. My mother and I were kicked out of my grandmother home when I was 7 and so we went to live in the projects, where I met many different kind of people, good influences and bad. I got in trouble in elementary for lying, cheating, fighting harassing girls(yeah I was a little brick). I was never early to class in my elementary and middle and beginning years of high school, where I usually arrived an hour late. I wouldn't say I had daddy issues because well I had many people around me. I usually did very well on all test I passed my high school Cahsee exam my first time even tho I fell asleep for 2 hours on both test.

At the age of 12 I got every penny I could out of my moms new boyfriend until they eventually married and we moved to my current home location, where I learned what marijuana and 40 oz of freedom was, I got into the LA Ska scene and met many of the Hispanic bands that were around I went shows every week and I knew enough people to get into mostly all the shows for free. At the age of 15 I tried acid for the first and last time, I found no appeal to it and felt like crap in the morning.During some midnight outings when a police car would stop to question us our friends would usually scatter for fun and cops would usually let us free after awhile if we were caught.. At the age of 17 I got my school stuff together because I fell for a girl who was a senior, but unfortunately I was a junior, The last time I saw her was in her practice ceremony for their graduation walk. It was quite pleasant but melancholy because we left on good terms, she even gave me her phone number which I had in my cellular but the next day I went a big concert where I got forced into the mosh pit and someone kneed my leg and broke my phone so I lost her number. I went on to do morning and afternoon intervention and with adult school in the night and finished off high school with enough credentials to get my degree.

Unfortunately I didn't have enough money to pay for my community college cost by august, so I was forced to stay out of school for several months. But during those months I was able to obtain my friends 1992 Toyota Camry for $1000 I learned to drive and received my license last week during my third time trying. The first time My nerves were set loose and I failed the test miserably. The second I did everything correct up the point where my instructor had to intervene because when I was attempting to lane change the guy next to me decided to speed up while I was changing lane. I tried to get in some line of work but alas no one wanted me :(.Everyone now and then I drink and walk around trying to avoid the local police, who have gotten some of my friends who were imprisoned for a night for public intoxication. I'm not an avid smoke but if I am offered I probably would not turn them down unless I didn't feel like it. So alas here I am at home with nothing to do until the new semester begins in January which isn't far of from now! I will be studying mostly general education with a elementary piano for fun....... well I wrote quite a bit :shock:

21 year old male trying to get his RN licenses

I've been to so many moments in my life where I can't find anyone to turn to but you, only you, always you...

I've ridden a couple of rough roads here and there. It all started when my dad started drinking, then suddenly becoming an alcoholic. He then became very abusive to my family. He's been like this pretty much his whole life to others too. I didn't grow up in a lalala childhood, and wish I had a great childhood so I can know what it feels to have a real dad and that childhood experience.

After several years living through hell with my father, I finally left the tunnel and went with my mom's Boyfriend, which is now my step father. I had some ups and downs with him, it felt like everything was repeating again but this time with a guy doing illegal drugs. I found out about a year after being with him that he too had a bad childhood like mine. The anger he was taking out on us scared my sister away, which is now living her boyfriend. He got some help and realized the things he had done were bad.

Now I'm here living with my 2 brothers (they're really helpless and they suck at being an adult - they're 18+ for God's sake. They don't even have a job or a license) I'm 15 trying to finish High School the best I can. I finally got out of those damn RSP classes which didn't teach me at all and all they did in there was joke around and being the lazy teachers they are. My old counselor was really "out of the field" because she just kept on making mistakes... not a great example for those RSP students. The only reason I was in those classes was because I never did my homework or classwork in school because I was too busy thinking about what was going on at home and thinking if my family is safe, and didn't realize I was just hurting my education.

So yeah... I'm here trying to make the best out of life. I'm going to actually do resolution this coming New Year because I want to live a happier life, and I hope that my financial issues start to become more flexible next year so I can start making some goals in life.

I'm a 33 year old male, currently not working but living on my earnings from a company I started and later sold. I'm not working by choice as I pursue other interests in my own time, but will probably return to the workforce in a few years if the economy picks up. I've got a few more business ideas in mind and am doing research on a few ideas now. At my leisure, however.

I'm a 21 year old male from Cleveland Ohio. When I was 8 my mom met some guy at a bar whose job required him to travel, and he later became my step dad. When I was 10 I moved to Michigan, and in the next couple years I moved around to a few cities in the state. At 14 I moved to South Carolina where in high schoolI was arrested for MIP of alcohol and marijuana, which caused expulsion from school so I dropped out and moved to Las Vegas with my dad and step mom where I got my GED and immediately went to college, and also met my fiance (from SC). The Art Institute of Las Vegas. My step mom was a cocaine addict and started stealing money from the company she worked with to pay for her coke habits and she went to prison. I didn't have anywhere to go in LV so I had to leave school and move back with my mom who relocated to Alabama. After working for about a year or so I moved in with my fiance in SC, I lived there for two years, spent 2 months in county for a DUI and driving w/o proof of insurance, just got out in October, needless to say lost my job, so now I'm back living with my mom in Alabama, miserable, trying to find employment.

i was born on january 2nd 1986, diagnosed with autism at age 4. after dealing with a highly repressed childhood, i went on to attempt becoming a video game developer only to fail miserably. I now reside at my mother's house trying to find something usefull to do with my life while my youth wastes away.
