2. Swat Kats (great action pack, badass Kats with there fighter Jet Plane)
3. Beast Wars (it was the era when 3D action cartoons were taking it to the new level I got into and a sequel to the original Transformers)

I don't know about 3, but the two I use to watch all the time were Rugrats and Dexter's Laboratory.

As much as I always enjoy Wacky Racers, I just wish Dick would at least win a race :(

It's worth noting that a lot of '80s and '90s American cartoon shows (e.g. Duck Tales, D&D, Ghostbusters, Spider-Man, Batman, etc.) were animated by Japanese anime studios (usually TMS), blurring the line between American cartoons and Japanese anime.

Well, anime are still "animations" and even the Japanese still call them cartoons. So yeah.

As a young kid of the 80's my favorite 3 shows were, Voltron, Transformers and GI Joe.
