I think it should be legalized. I see nothing wrong with concenting adults doing whatever they want.

Also, it'd bring more money to the people through taxes :P And there'd probably have to be a new govt organization created to handle regulations and such.

I have no problem with prostitution. Yes it is dangerous, but making it illegal won't stop it from happening. People should be able to do whatever they want with their bodies, and if having sex with someone in exchange for some money is what they want to do, they should have the right to do it.helium_flash

Because the government can make money off of porn. People in the porn industry pay income tax, and there's a sales tax on porn videos.

Prostitution will always exist because there will always be desperate women in desperate circumstances who see no other way to improve their lives, either through stupidity or ignorance. NO woman HAS to resort to this, yet many see no other choice, and this is very sad indeed. Consider it a problem with current local governmental legislation and a plain disgusting apathy among policy makers.
