I usually giggle and blush in those situations. And aww shucks, sometimes I even get those little butterflies in my tummy.

Anyways, saying thanks isn't bad. You should just follow up with complimenting her as well and see where it goes.

I see girls doing that to one of my friends and I think sometimes they just say it to be nice. It's like a nice way of saying ur ugly sometimes. xSIZEMATTER

They wouldn't bother if you are ugly. And I know I am not atleast ugly.

You already know what you should say... "thank you." You are paid a compliment you thank someone for it. Then if you are a courteous person you return the favour and if you are suave you one-up that compliment with something more creative and/or thought provoking. Of course, make sure what you say is true, or at least you believe it to be true.

You could respond with: "you are quite cute yourself as well" and wink at her. Or: "you are dazzling." Or if you want to look like fool: "your beauty makes the sunrise boring." Have fun with it...foxhound_fox
