I often sleep at 9:45 pm, but sometimes, if it bothers me, it can be as late as 11:00 pm in more bothering situations, like overhydration. I often woke up at slightly earlier than 7:00 am, but in weekdays, I often woke at 7:45 am.

Depends on the day. Typically at college during the weeknights I'm asleep by 1, 2 the latest. I typically get up an hour before my first class of the day. Weekends I don't have a set sleep schedule. I crash whenever, but I am typically up by noon. Since I am on break, but working a full time job, I'm asleep by midnight and up by 6:30.
Usually go to sleep around 1 am. Usually wake up around 9 am because for some reason it is hard for me to be able to sleep in past that point anymore. It's funny because back in 2007 I slept in until 2 pm some days. o_O
i go to sleep around 11pm and wake up around 7am. id like to sleep earlier but i have to much homework and stuff to do.

Weekdays any time from 11PM to 1AM to bed and wake up between 5:15AM or 5:45AM. Days off, anytime.
I go to sleep when I am tired. Otherwise I will just be laying in bed for hours not being able to sleep. Usually this is around 2-3am. Because of work I am up around 10am. I have always wanted to try polyphasic sleeping where you can condition your body to only need a total of 2 1/2 to 3 hours of sleep a night. Just never had the schedule to allow for it.
