A computer is not only the things that we consider a computer. A computer is a machine, not nessessarily electricity powered, that manipulates, or rather computes data fed into it according to instructions. Taken from wiki.
I agree with this definiton. As long as a mechanism can take inputed data, process it and give results somehow according to some instruction, then it must be a computer, or a computing device. Another example of a simple analog computer would be a slide rule. This mechanism here, the one in the link is an example of a analog computer.

No, I'm not wrong. Anything with a microprocessor is technically a computer. Not everything is a "Personal Computer" in the mainstream sense however.
