I mean, we've been alive for thousands of years, we know that anytime, we could get wiped out by a comet, killed of by an asteroid, or anything Doomsday-esque would happen. What do you people think?
Mostly likely when someone accidentally lets off a missile (or it misfires), and all the other countries go ZOMG. And then let loose their missiles and then it's War Games all over again.

Absolutely nothing. It boggles my mind that can people can believe in biblical or religious apocalypse dates anymore. How many of these end of the world predictions by religion have not come true already? Oh that's right, all of them.

Donnie Darko is one of my favorite movies. :D
It is my favorite movie. I love dark surreal things :P do you know any other movies like it?
There aren't too many I can think of :? The only movie I can think of that is somewhat similar is The Butterfly Effect.
You gotta check out Jacob's Ladder and A Clockwork Orange. Donnie Darko is my all time fav movie, and Jacob's Ladder are my 2nd and 3rd fav movies. All 3 are very dark and surreal.
Just warning you, don't watch A Clockwork Orange with anyone faint of heart. The first half-hour of the movie is some of the hardest hitting film of all time. Make it through that first half-hour and you will be treated with an incredibly deep and meaningful movie.
