I run and play a short round of basketball, trying to reach 100 points before time is up.

Pretty good stuff, I have been doing this all my life since I was little....
I lift tremendous amounts of weight. People see me and are like "oooooh no you must work out a lot" and I'm all like "yes in fact, I do" and they're all like "very well, carry on". And then I down a protein shake and call it a day.
I exercise at some point during the day..i do push ups and crunches..i haven't really been able to as much recently due to some respiratory issues..but now i'm doing them again..

i bike 8 miles, run 4 miles every day
then i also take my doggies for a walk about 2 miles a night

I try going to the gym at least 3 times to life weights. I play basketball and some volleyball lately.
I used to go jogging but I got really bored of it.

I have PT 3 times a week, and then I usually play soccer with some buddies, or just go to the gym and track.
