I typically split my workouts into an interval cardio session in the morning and do weights in the evenings. Although I've cut back on weight training as of late and just went with body exercises like pushups, pullups, situps, dips, and body squats.

Mostly weight lift and push ups. I did 40 push ups in a row today for the first time in my life actually! Also I play drums for about 5-10 hours a week which works up a good sweat.

I have no exercise equipment at home, all I can do here is sit-ups, push-ups, etc. or go for a run. In school I have access to the gym and weight room, but I rarely use that. Used to have a bike I would ride around lots, but I have since gotten rid of it. I regret that sometimes.

I lift... ... spoonfuls of cereal to my mouth. I don't exercise. I'll probably die at an early age. Probably the most activity i get is during errands i run for work, paintball & the occasional hike with the wife.

I lift tremendous amounts of weight. People see me and are like "oooooh no you must work out a lot" and I'm all like "yes in fact, I do" and they're all like "very well, carry on". And then I down a protein shake and call it a day.

i bike 8 miles, run 4 miles every day

then i also take my doggies for a walk about 2 miles a night
