When I first came here I stayed strictly in the PS3 forums. Then I slowly made my way to System Wars then finally here. It wasn't until I got here that I learned that the mods had

I didn't really know they existed for a while, as I started on game forums that were rarely patrolled. Soon after beginning to frequent OT I started noticing the mods a bit, but they've always seemed to have personality.

When I first came to Gamspot, I actually didn't come to the forums for a while. Starting looking on N64 forums then eventaully went to the PS forums. Didn't come to off-topic until later. Still avoiding system wars, don't need to put my input there.

I mostly came to GS to browse the games and read the latest headlines. The one thing I miss about the old GS (besides the old editors/reviewers), are the Polls they had each week. Anyone else remember voting on the Polls on the main page? Still don't know why they removed them, wonder if they ran out of random questions to put.

When I first came to gamespot I came because I was tired of all the crap from gamefaqs and gametrailers. But I thought the Mods were programs and we were users, you know like TRON. But my hopes were shattered when I found out Mods were real people and that I cannot enter into a virtual world.

i just imagined them as 'old' no other way to desrcibe it :'P

I also use to think they were paid, i couldnt get my head around why anyone would do this voluntarily :lol:
