What do you do in this situation?

Any strategies on 'holdin it' or clever ways of getting rid of/hiding it that you've come up with over the years?

Pressing on the lower abdomen, around where your bladder is. Usually works.

depends if its number 2 i go no matter what i find the nearest RR and go. #1 i can hold

Usually can find a bathroom or some other area to relieve myself in......if not "mind of matter" can usually get me through an hour or so.

I can hold it in for quite a while so it doesn't really matter, of course it's uncomfortable but it's better the pissing yourself.
