When you see a spider in your house...do you ignore it?

Usually when I see spiders crawling on my walls (not huge spiders,) I usually just ignore them. I personally don't want to take the effort of having to spray it and throw away its remains. However, I feel like that's biting me in the back now, my house is now full of spiders. It might be because its summer time, but I'm not entirely sure where they all came from. Now I can't help but get rid of any spiders I see recently. How do you react when you see a spider? Do you ignore it or actually do something about it?

I slay it with sword and fire, lest it should assault me during my sleep. I reserve no trust for spiders and their kin.

I honestly just ignore them. I've been happy to just let a huntsman chill on the wall. But sometimes I'll take them outside.

I usually kill it, but I might start letting my cat play with it :P

If I see it, I probably will let it be. If my wife sees it, I will have to kill it.

Depends on the spider, and it's location. If it's by a door, I usually try to let it out. If it's big, fast, and nasty looking, I kill it. If it's too close to my bed, I kill it. If it's a jumping spider, I let it be. Jumping spiders are awesome.

I kill them with prejudice unless it's a jumping spider who I typically try to figure out a way to shoosh them out the door.

I have what I call the quarter rule. If any bug is bigger than a US quarter I kill it.

I kill them things cause I don't like spiders.

If they're small, I don't mind. I kinda like spiders anyway.

If it's a jumping spider I leave it alone since they actively hunt flies and stuff, but if it's a bigger spider that looks like it belongs in the garden I just pick it up and put it outside.

i'll either bring it outside, ignore it, or flush it down the toliet--in that order, depending on my mood

It's quite, and kills flys, which are noisy and irritating. The spider can stay all day if it wants.

I'll let a daddy long legs live in the basement. Any other spiders get killed immediately though. And the daddy long legs get vacuumed up eventually.

Most of the time, yes. Same for most other bugs.
